Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.
That’s where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.
Job Description
The role and you
Are you passionate about vehicles and with exceptional Customer Services skills? We're looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team working weekends at the Archerfield branch, note this role is working Saturday and Sunday.
You’ll be responsible for delivering our accident replacement vehicles to customers and providing a top quality experience whilst upholding our company standards and values together with ensuring our customers’ lives don't grind to a halt without a vehicle.
Responsibilities
Delivering our accident loan vehicles to customers and referrers, ensuring the delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring all fleet vehicles are fully maintained and presented by adhering to cleaning, maintenance and service procedures and schedules
Helping our customers complete the required documentation and submit documentation through various systems
Provide friendly and professional interaction with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience
You are a down to earth and collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work along with your drive, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love for what you do.
A customer focused approach with a “can do” attitude
Experience in retail, customer service or other service roles highly regarded
Valid driver’s license with a respectable driving record
Great attention to detail for ensuring high-quality outcomes and delivering exceptional experience
Excellent communication and customer services abilities
A passion for helping others in their time of need
