About You
You’ll be an experienced call centre sales and after sales focused individual, who has a hardworking attitude, collaborative team nature with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines. A keen eye for detail, together with your passion for providing exceptional service with efficiency and empathy will make you succeed in the role. A positive can-do attitude and communication skills will help you identify ways to add value to the customer experience, in turn ‘making a bad day better’.
Knowledge or experience of the insurance, credit hire, motor vehicle hire industry is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
About the Role
You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, booking in replacement vehicles and guiding our customers through the process. You'll work in a great team to achieve both individual and team KPIs, maintaining lead conversion rates all whilst being part of a fun and successful team culture. Key to this role will be the ensuring file integrity and compliance together with positive interaction with other key stakeholders.
